Michael M. Meadvin

Michael M. Meadvin joined Castle in 1993 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He is the company's chief legal officer. Mr. Meadvin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1972 from Columbia University and his Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law in 1975.

Prior to joining Castle, Mr. Meadvin was an associate and a partner in three New York City law firms, where he specialized in commercial litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where he has served on the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction and the Council on Judicial Administration. Mr. Meadvin has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Westchester County Association, the county's principal business advocacy organization.  He has served on the Regional Board of the National Conference for Community and Justice.
